High-quality metal finishing from HGF

The patented ROCKLINIZER process has been used with great success for years in die casting technology, especially in the processing of aluminium and magnesium. With this technology, all particularly stressed mould areas are protected with an impregnating layer of hard metal (tungsten + titanium carbide). The hard metal coating is applied cold both on and under the surface. The surface treated in this way proves to be significantly more wear-resistant and resistant to the enormous temperature and material stresses. This means that the mould simply lasts longer.
